haha i wanted to make a decent adidas-looking advert for you. like maybe olympic worthy. but um, i only found this photo of you. and anyway i dun think man u's jersey is from adidas. so this is what i ended up with. hahahah. when i get a photo of you running i'll make a nicer one. either that or a osram advert of your megawatt smile.

i think cross country runners have quite a personal understanding of the christian life. both are about dealing with one uphill at a time, enjoying every downslope you get, focusing on the end point, setting a pace, enjoying the wind, mind over matter, getting rid of stitches, yada yada yada. thankfully in the christian race we run with an infinite God! hahaha. unlimited stamina.
