- Ahmungafunga's bday eulogy to Sherwin
Yo bro. 21 years old oready. hahaha.It's really my pleasure to write you well-wishes lol. Known you since sec 1, cca mates, classmates, bmt platoon mate, safsa teammate, church brothers, i really am blessed to be your old friend. In sec skool we didn't really like each other, like u said u outcast i ask too many qns. Didn't really like consider you within my social circle although we kind of spent a lot of time together. Very disgusted with ur long small fingernail btw ahha. So I ceased contact with u after we went out separate ways in jc, but our threads of fate were unknowingly intertwined. Same bmt platoon lol. U were one of few people who offered me friendship after my grave mistake (which made me feel like paul, persecutor of christians) and i really appreciate it. Unknown to both of us god had greater plans for u. Yea so sometime last year the holy spirit gave me a burden to reach out to you. And it's really fateful. That day there was ns bbq or sumthin but it was my bro bday so i went home to prepare and stuff and I chatted with you online about ur problems. And i followed-up and 3 months later you came! I have never prayed for a single person in a week as many times as I prayed for you. And the rest is history. I still can remember Qianjin beaming away at you from stage haha. Although I only got to shepherd you for a very short while, you're someone I really enjoy spending time with. Coz of our long history we could easily identify with each other and there was no need to start from scratch haha. And your accountability is definitely ur strong point. And despite your problems I think you're very teachable, so really, thanks for giving me the opportunity to share life with you. Hm, I can't say I can picture where you'll be like 10 or 20 years later in your walk with god, but god knows lol. Keep walking steadily, and progressively increase your desire to do great things for him. Yea, so to sum it up, work hard, run hard, serve hard, and thanks for occasionally being the bright star that lights up my dark sky! Happy bday! Hong Mun |
